We may replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it at our sole discretion unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the alleged infringer.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we reserve the right to terminate, without notice, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyrighted material.
